This can include both occupied buildings and empty buildings requiring significant refurbishment to bring them back into use. The DPS will be in place for a minimum of 31 months. The DPS is open for application until 31 January 2026 with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The DPS is made of 1 lot - Wellspring Settlement - Youth Investment Fund. This notice is for the award of contracts made under the DPS between 01 March 2023 and 01 March 2024.
