bc9ba536-1de6-4969-9836-ff2ce1c3ba94-105370Cumbria County Council requires a Contractor to bring Portland Square back into residential use. The works will include subdividing the 16no. properties across 3no. blocks, building up the links between the properties, creating defined back yard areas and providing parking to the front of the properties (the existing highways are to become private streets) together with refurbishment and repair to the external envelopes of the buildings. The works also include refurbishment of the railings to the fronts of the properties as the existing square setting is regenerated.
