1a9ec1b4-886d-4188-b0e2-b1fc76cf444a-105374Scope of Works The Medical Research Council have a requirement for the replacement of the existing Fluorescent Fittings within the Mary Lyon Centre with high efficiency LED technology. 1. Aims • The aim of this project is to replace the existing fluorescent lighting installation inside the MLC with modern LED equivalents. • The replacement lighting scheme should be fit for purpose for the type of environment and ceiling type. • The lighting scheme must exhibit increased efficiency and low maintenance costs in use. • The retrofit should aim to have a short payback period of around 5 years, which is standard for invest to save schemes.
