02352cb6-fad3-4762-9582-0e881397e2fc-712859Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a good quality communal cleaning service including the cleaning of shared apartments and town houses which service key workers in the health care sector. PLEASE NOTE: THE OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AS A 2 YEAR CONTRACT HOWEVER THERE WILL BE AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR 3 YEARS FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 2 YEARS. Please also note: Value reflects a 2 year contract. Estimated annual spend is £65k. We have based this figure on previous spend. The anticipated start of the contract is January 2024. Bidders are requested to register their interest to: procurement@rooftopgroup.org to ensure that any clarification questions or amendments can be shared will all interested parties. The deadline for online submissions is 12:00pm 30 November 2023. Submissions must be sent via email to tender@rooftopgroup.org Submissions received after this deadline may not be accepted.
