The works could also include the new installation / repair of Aerials, CCTV Systems, Door Entry Systems, Fire Alarm Systems Systems, Smoke Ventilation Systems , Social Alarm Systems, Security Doors, Roof Fans to Hi-rise blocks, Lightning Conductors, Photovoltaic & Solar Thermal systems, Laundry Equipment, Catering Equipment, Cold Water Pressure Booster Sets, Closomats, Automated Car Park Barriers, Automated Door Openers, DualCom, High Rise Aerial Catenaries and the repair of Roller shutter doors, Dry Risers and Air Conditioning. This contract will be open for other West Midland Authorities to join and access. Works may also be required at other Directorates within the Dudley MBC and/or other West Midland Authorities. Any such requests will be in writing in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the contract Schedule of Rates will apply to such works.
