The Slimming world vouchers will offer; • Tier 2 weight management services - 387 vouchers • 12 weeks at face-to-face community groups. • After the end of the contract, signposting back to Feel Good Suffolk. • Each person is entitled to only 1 set of free vouchers (conditions apply)
