Ensure all areas are made safe prior to works commencing. A. Management Survey (formerly Type 1 or 2 Asbestos Survey) Visual survey, local, identify and tag. This is a re-visit and audit of retained documentation/asbestos register, to ensure it is accurate and the risks within the building are known to all operatives. B. Refurbishment/Pre-demolition Survey (formerly Type 3 Asbestos Survey) Make safe and remove deleterious materials under controlled conditions.
