b162c821-89cd-464d-bbba-c40869eac814-832815Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced organisations to provide services for people with a visual impairment.\r \r The aim of the service is to support people with a visual impairment to meet their individual outcomes around well-being and independence.\r There is also a requirement for the service to support Hartlepool's adult population with specialist vision assessments and deliver vision rehabilitation.\r \r The service is to be delivered from premises within Hartlepool and be available for people who are ordinarily residents of Hartlepool.\r \r Any queries in relation to this Tender must be addressed through the ProContract tendering portal \r https://procontract.due-north.com\r The NEPO E-Procurement Portal is being used for this Tender. In order to express your interest please register as a supplier on the NEPO portal. https://procontract.due-north.com. Once you have registered please view the opportunities register.
