The Health Centre complex consists of three buildings with varying construction. Building 1, the main building, has a part-pitched tiled roof and part-flat roof, with the latter being replaced by a Bauder system and the former undergoing repairs. Building 2, the small main entrance, has curtain wall glazing with a steel frame and roofing sections needing water ingress repairs. Building 3 is a two-storey building with a flat roof, which will also be replaced with a Bauder system at Shrewsbury Health Centre, Shrewsbury Road, London E6 1DA
