Expected support will include some core staff anticipated to be employed throughout the duration of the works and additional project and programme resources to backfill roles as and when required. \r \r The Project specific objective of the Carlisle Southern Link Road is to safely execute an award-winning project that exceeds industry standards, and is delivered on time or bettered, under the Target Cost, to exceptional right first time quality standards, and with minimal change control/compensation events.\r \r Suppliers wishing to express an interest and obtain access to the tender documents should go to www.the-chest.org.uk and click on current opportunities from the navigation area on the left of the screen.
