The contract will be in place from 12th September 2016. The value of this contract for will be up to £30,000 and the contract will run until 31/03/17. To allow information to be circulated in time, the deadline for receiving clarification questions is 17:00hrs on Friday 26th August 2016. The quotation return date is 17:00hrs on Friday 2nd September 2016. Quotations should be submitted by email to sharoncohen@southend.gov.uk (you are recommended to request confirmation of receipt).
