38dc73bd-a79b-4154-bbb8-9418be2c4485-220474Cornwall Council seeks the appointment of a designer through the Lot 2 Framework for the Cornwall Workspace Capacity Programme (CWCP), Projects 3 & 4, to determine the most appropriate layout for the site and to develop the scheme to RIBA Stage 3. The two independent workspace projects spread across Cornwall in towns or key corridors (A30/A38) where workspace demand has been identified. The projects will contribute to the objective of creating high wage, high skill, local employment, adding to the resilience of local communities and to the long term strength of the Cornish economy, as identified in the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly LEP's Strategic and Economic Plan (SEP). Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ (Due North) to manage tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system and obtain the tender documentation. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the Due North system. In the event that you need to contact the Council in relation to this opportunity please follow the instructions in the advert and in the tender documentation. Additional information about authorised persons and opening procedure: A representative from the Commercial Services Team at Cornwall Council, together with at least one Council Officer who is independent of the contracting team will be invited to the opening of the tenders which will be opened at 13:00 on 03/03/2018 using the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/
