This appointment is a call off from the Scape Group National Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework, with the University entering into a Delivery Agreement with Perfect Circle JV Ltd. The Aecom Infrastructure and Environment UK Limited design team is made up of the following sub-consultants: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios LLP; Buro Happold Limited; Nicholas Pearson Associates.
