6fc05097-aecb-473a-8429-96a0b6ccaab0-107438The College is currently made up of two main sites (Kings Road and Goschen Centre) plus one satellite site (Picquet Barracks). A new state of the art centre for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, “STEM”, is currently being erected at the Kings Road site. It is anticipated that the new site will open from 01 September 2017 and this in turn will facilitate the closure of the Goschen site. It is envisaged that a high proportion of current furniture and equipment stock currently located in the Goschen Centre will be re-utilised within either the existing Kings Road buildings or within the new building located at the same site. There will also be an element of asset disposal which the College requires assistance with. As the anticipated value for this contract will exceed £25,000 the opportunity will be advertised on the government portal “Contracts Finder” as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Additional information: Electronic Submissions Electronic submissions in response to this Request for Quotation will be accepted as long as they meet the following criteria: Sent via email to: tenders@cityplym.ac.uk Document standards: • Text including your written submission must be in Microsoft Word format; • Price tables must be in Microsoft Excel format (using pricing schedule in Appendix D); • Supportive evidence may additionally be submitted in PDF format; • Images, Designs, and other supporting evidence may be in either JPEG or PDF format • Signed Agreement Acceptance and Declaration. • Completed Appendix F – Mandatory and Discretionary Exclusions • Completed Appendix G – Suitability Assessment – Please note this suitability assessment will not be viewed unless you are the winning tenderer. Failure at this stage may prevent the contract from being awarded. Please note, the College is able to accept submissions in the form of a “compressed” or “Zip” file so long as the documents contained are in the formats outlined above.
