Bereavement Services is seeking tenders from suitably experienced persons to provide the Service with an office and chapel of rest in the Borough. The Service will provide, at a reasonable cost, a dignified funeral for residents of the Borough where the deceased has passed away and have no next of kin, relatives or friends to make the necessary arrangements for a funeral, or family who have no means of paying for a funeral.
