16b41930-43ba-4cb3-bc84-3df7a458608e-674325The Council had used the Talent Link system to support its recruitment process for a number of years. As part of an IT consolidation programme the council made a decision to switch its applicant and candidate tracking requirements to an existing in house solution. Recently a decision was made by the councils' senior management team to move back to using the Talent Link system as it provided a more comprehensive solution to existing and future requirements of the council. The switch back to Talent link is dependent on speed of implementation. Cornerstone has confirmed the previous system build used by the council is still available and can be made live very quickly. One module that was used previously and provided the platform for the council to build its advertising page has been withdrawn. An equivalent service will have to be used, Talent Link Engage Embed, with the consequence the council advertising page will have to be rebuilt.
