Replace existing VAV controllers on the Ground First and Second Floors with all necessary ancillaries. 3. Replace controllers within panels AFP01, AFP10, AFP11, AFP13 and AFP18 to interface FCU/VAV controllers with main BMS system The outline scope of works following the above contractors design portion shall comprise, but is not limited to, the following: - Undertake full detail design of all necessary modifications to existing control systems - Supply and install new outstation controllers within riser control enclosures - Supply and install new fan coil unit controllers and associated sensors - Supply and install new VAV controllers and associated sensors - Modify BMS head end to fully incorporate new controllers
