973f1616-1b87-4650-8918-bdd68a05b21c-859716The Electoral Commission's contract for its cyber security solution and managed service is due to expire at the beginning of December 2025. As a consequence, there is a requirement for the provision of a new managed cyber security service and SOC, that includes software and end point protection, 24/7 monitoring and incident response. In light of the well-publicised cyber-attack that was made on the Commission, it is essential that this new solution and service are put in place before the current service ends. It is essential that the supplier's primary operations hub and SOC are based in the United Kingdom (UK). It is also essential that the solution complies with UK Data Protection legislation. A vital part of the requirement is professional services to support the installation, set-up and configuration, and testing of the new solution. It is essential that the supplier has proven experience of transitioning a customer from an existing managed XDR service to their solution.
