2c007bec-9713-415b-85ea-d4aa6c863c05-125580Extra Care Domiciliary Support is provided to enable Customers to live in their own home within the ExtraCareHousing Scheme, preserving maximum independence, minimising risks and promoting good quality of life. The Care Provider will be expected to provide services within this context to residents, complementingandsupporting informal carers, where they exist. The Care Provider's 24-hour, seven days a week on-site team's main role is to provide personal care,practicalsupport and some housing-related support (e.g. assistance with heating controls) to residents.
