I and We statements are a tool CQC intend to make sure the way CQC assesses services is through the lens of people who use services. I statements describe what good looks like from an individual perspective, and We statements express what service providers should be doing to make sure peoples actual experience of care support lives up to the I statements. This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) process. The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 15 months (1st Jan 24 to 31st Mar 25) with no option to extend.
