The site has the potential to deliver up to 15,000 homes, unlocking inaccessible riverside land in London, enabled by the planned Docklands Light Railway Extension. \r \r The T&C's for Homes England Frameworks can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders.
