6b00142b-a547-43c9-9e87-c7df77b9f5c9-108857Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) currently funds the support element of a supported housing scheme and community support provided for young parents and pregnant women 16 - 25 years old in Buckinghamshire. The accommodation used is provided by the current support provider through negotiation with 2 Registered Social Landlords and comprises 2 x 3 bed shared houses, one in High Wycombe and the other in Aylesbury. Similar accommodation would need to be sourced by the Support provider in both locations. BCC were seeking an organisation to provide the support and some minimal housing management functions to the project. We are looking to offer a contract for the scheme for a 3 year period, 2016-19.
