The attached specification covers the standards for Ventilation and Air Conditioning, maintenance and repairs on the Council's property portfolio. The aim is to put in place a programme to maintain the equipment in good working order which should enable the Council to adopt a more proactive approach and ensure the Council remains fully compliant with all statutory requirements. <b></b> The Contractor shall pay particular attention to the requirements of the specification and all the attached documents.
