This programme is targeting the building of 500 new homes by 2018. The Bampton Estate has been identified as a location for 40-60 units of Over 60s' sheltered accommodation in a single scheme. This is to meet the need for older person's homes in the Borough. The project design development (pre-planning) is now underway.
