The Authority will be undertaking a Single Source Contract due to the "Technical or Exclusive Rights" held by NPA as the OEM and sole provider of this equipment. The estimated total contract value is £110,000 (inc VAT), below the DPSCR 2011 Threshold for goods. Therefore, a contracting authority is not required to publish a Voluntary Transparency Notice (VTN) or observe a standstill before awarding the contract.
