5cd2487e-25d3-4a1b-8e47-1de1ab398adc-84090Site: Former Moulsham Lodge Community Centre, Waltham Glen, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 9EL Essex Housing of Essex County Council (ECC) are supporting the delivery of housing to meet demand in the County and are developing a programme of potential housing projects. For the site above, Essex Housing are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Architects to provide architectural services covering RIBA stages 1 to 6 for a scheme comprising approximately 30 apartments for private sale housing, affordable housing and specialist housing (representing approximately 35%) together with associated external works, landscaping and car parking. The indicative contract sum for the scheme is £3m. Please note the scheme is currently at concept design stage only and we are targeting submitting a planning application to Chelmsford City Council by no later than early Quarter Two, 2016. Applicants must contact ECC to request to be invited to this tender by following these instructions: 1. Send an email with your organisation name in the subject title field to: email2workspace-prod+ECC+WS676089922+ks29@ansmtp.ariba.com 2. ECC use Ariba as our e-sourcing platform. If you have more than one registered Ariba user, who you want invited to the event, please provide the name(s) of each registered user in your request, as it may not be possible to include additional users at a later stage. 3. You do not need to reach 100% completion.)
