The sites are owned by This Land Development Ltd (TL) an arm's length development company, wholly owned by CCC. There are a further 5 assets (in Essex and one in Suffolk) where TL has a contractual arrangement in place to promote the sites through the planning process and consideration of the value to the company of these contracts is required. Initial valuations are required within a 6 week period from appointment (no later than the 13th November 2024), with the contract remaining open for two years with possible extension.
