The proposed work shall include remodelling the area the current facilities occupy to create: • High quality toilet environment; • Pay to use turnstiles; • Free to use baby change and accessible toilet areas; • Store and cleaners sluice rooms; and • New retail unit. Additional information: Applicants must submit a pre-qualification questionnaire.
