Interviews are a combination of face-to-face and telephone. The supplier will develop the interview script, carry out the interviews/surveys, analyse the data/information and provide a report on the findings. Surveys are carried out annually (in Autumn). The contract has an initial term of one year, with 3 x 12 extensions available (maximum 4 year term).
