Certain trees and vegetation will be retained and incorporated into a community area that will form about half of the site - but we need to be guided on what is worth keeping and what isnt. The other half will be turned into new accessible allotment plots. The site borders a chalk stream so opening the community area up down to the stream to create a lovely new setting for this area (no bank work clearance is required - this will be done by our own grounds team once EA consents are secured). Level the whole site, seed and generally creating a beautiful natural area for the community to enjoy. Access for large machinery is available. Burning is allowed on site and chippings can be disposed of nearby
