f7c4d93f-a10e-4e63-a33e-817cd4eb4e3e-84545Environment Agency led a procurement for a pan-Defra Unified Communications platform and is now seeking approval from the Cabinet Office to award a Contract to the preferred supplier. The Defra Network wishes to on-board onto the EA solution over the course of 2015. To do so there is a key requirement to make a number of technical changes to the Defra IT network, implement the service model to support the service going forward, work with the Unified Communications supplier to configure the new system, decommission the old telephony used across the Estate. Telephony technical support services are required to ensure the implementation proceeds to plan and IBM and the UC service provider's technical work is managed appropriately.
