d50b08b4-8432-4acd-96b1-e44f211007ba-912190The main focus and scope of works comprise of major works (including general building works) and major repairs (which may include void properties). This contract will also be used for: • In year 1-2 of the contract, circa 70 bathroom refurbishments (at Robinson House) (NOTE this applies to initial contract year only) • In year 1 of the contract, circa 12 new kitchens and 12 new bathrooms (at Lilac Close) (NOTE this applies to initial contract year only) • Beyond year 1 of the contract, ad hoc kitchen and bathroom replacements and/or refurbishments (note that the planned maintenance programme is separate from this contract) Works will include the following varied trades; this is an indicative list only: • Electrical & Mechanical Systems • Plumbing, Heating & Water Systems • Structural & Exterior Works (such as walls, fencing, roofing, windows and doors) • General Building & Construction (multi-trade works) • Interior Finishes & Installations (such as carpentry, flooring and decorating) • Specialist (such as damp proof) • Loft Insulation • Groundworks Additional information: The contract value stated in this notice excludes VAT.
