Ipswich Borough Council have recently completed two purchases of additional land adjacent to the existing car park area. The additional land opens onto Norwich Road between some shop premises, where a previous shop had been previously demolished. This additional land is to be developed into further car parking with a tarmacadam finish. The works will also include pedestrian access, some landscaping, cladding on the walls of adjacent buildings, some lighting (all as in the client brief)
