The venue proposes to appoint one service provider to deliver all elements of the contract scope which will require a continued permanent site presence. The contract will be for a minimum period of 3 years beginning 01 April 2025, with an estimated value of 100 - 150,000.00 GBP per annum The services to be covered by this contract will include Planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance of all plant and equipment as per current asset list. Planned and reactive building fabric maintenance. Operations scheduling and monitoring. Routine testing including PAT (portable appliance testing) of non production equipment. Management of specialist sub-contractors. Out of hours call-out facility with rapid response.
