The council intend to purchase via this Acquisitions programme approximately 30-50 properties in 2025 - 2026, with the potential for similar numbers of properties over the following 2 years, although this will be confirmed. Additional information: The contract is initially for 1 year but there is provision to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to budget performance.
