The successful Leisure Operator will be expected to work with the Council in delivering its aims for the successful management of this sporting facility, which includes: o Minimum revenue impact to the Council o Clubs ability to grow and develop o Commercially attractive to operator o Incentivise all parties to maximise use & share in any profit The contract will run for 4 years from 2017 to August 2021.
