The Terms and Conditions of the Contract apply but with the following amendments: • Variation to the Contract End Date - The original Contract period was 24th October 2017 until 23rd March 2018. The intention of the Authority is to vary the Contract end date by four (4) months, to 23rd July 2018. • Uplift in Value of an additional £1,500,000.00 (Exc.
