The appointed supplier should have extensive knowledge, experience and a proven substantial track record of (i) the Gov UK GDS Design Standards and Agile delivery methodology, (ii) high-profile customer-centred design, and experience of supporting Government to develop joined-up approaches to reforming complex systems and data flows, (iii) working collaboratively, in an engagement-focussed way, with other suppliers to deliver sustainable solutions and (iv) a proven understanding of the programme including the complexities and challenges.
