e21f2368-0e0e-4ebd-88a9-db534f6d7e8a-734489City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a Provider to deliver an Accessible Information service, with the aims of: • Co-producing with people with lived experience, information for groups and/or communities who experience difficulty in understanding standard written English. • Producing accessible information, using a range of formats, including but not exclusively, easy read, British Sign Language and Audio, which will support the key priorities and programmes of the Department of Adult Social Care and Health. • Supporting the Department of Adult Social Care and Health in making reasonable adjustments under the Health and Social Care Act, 2012 • Offering a critical friend role in reviewing materials produced in the department to ensure accessibility. • Providing added value supporting people with lived experience who are volunteering to develop life skills, increase in confidence and develop friendship groups.
