The consortium is committed to providing a high quality, nutritious catering service to its pupils which meets both their needs and aspirations. The provision of the service must demonstrate a best value approach and be flexible in its delivery and operation to ensure that the needs and ethos of individual schools are supported. Please note that each school will be contracting individually with the successful provider.
