Advice on the registration and protection of any intellectual property that WRAP Americas Inc may create or licence. Under US laws and regulations, advising on employment law matters that might impact WRAP Americas Inc including employment contracts. Under US laws and regulations, advising on any charity law and company law matters that might be applicable. Under US laws and regulations, advising on any health & safety related legislation and regulations. Under US laws and regulations, advising on any safeguarding related regulations. Under US laws and regulations, advising on company sectorial matters. Under US laws and regulations, advising on regulatory matters that might be applicable to the company Total contract value is contingent upon services called off during the contract term.
