The University's vision is to expand the existing Severn Campus via the creation of an inclusive indoor Cricket and Education Centre. The University wishes to appoint a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy with the relevant experience to develop the Concept plans to obtain planning permission, prepare information to allow a contractor to be appointed, work with the University and appointed Contractor to discharge all pre-commencement conditions and to develop the design until completion and during 6 months after practical completion monitor the performance of the main and inclusive hall floors under playing conditions, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and value for money.
