0d656dae-48c1-46eb-84f5-b86ef7b1f3e4-180343The overall objective of this research is to evaluate the quality and user experience of written guidance on the Acas website, and whether the service is meeting customer need, with a view to informing the construction of the new Acas website and ongoing efforts to encourage the use of online guidance rather than the helpline. We would also like to establish a baseline against which we can benchmark in future, once the website has been reengineered. To do this, we would like to evaluate the user experience; the ease with which the user can find what they are looking for; subsequent actions taken by the user on the basis of the information they have accessed; success and failure measures.
