The successful contractor will be required to maintain the system in nine high rise buildings in Doncaster. The Client will also need the provision of an Out of Hours response. The contractor will be expected to provide in and out of out of hours cover with a four hour response. The client considers out of hours as between 18:00 and 08:00 hours with cover for 365 days.
