The training programme must be suitable for unemployed and economically inactive residents of the Barnsley area. The programme must include a recognised qualification, i.e. Level 2 Youth Work, with mentoring and training support being provided by suitably qualified staff i.e. JNC qualified. The training and qualification must be completed by Autumn 2023
