The scheme includes a three appliance bays, adjoining main building housing meeting rooms, kitchens, storage and offices spaces alongside a training facility (Fire House) and 5 bedroom accommodation block. Works include all site works, drainage, utilities and construction of buildings and car parks to allow for a turn-key handover to the Council.
