aab2c88f-1783-47b8-8565-87934517a02a-755621To achieve its strategic vision through it's Business Plan, HMLR anticipates the need to undertake significant permanent recruitment of caseworkers at AO / EO level. This will include replacing roles from natural attrition over the next 12-24 months. HMLR's in-house recruitment team requires supplement organisational recruitment capacity by procuring the services of trained sifters and interviewers. The scope of this requirement includes, Assessment Centres and Bespoke testing if deemed to be required. In addition, at HMLR's request, the supplier will also support recruitment sifts and supply interview assessors, either virtually or face to face at the HEO/ SEO / G6 (and equivalents) / G7 (and equivalents) level: Senior Executive Officer/Higher Executive Officer (SEO/HEO) includes policy officers and officials with specific policy responsibilities. Grades 6 and 7 (and equivalent) civil servants tend to be experienced officials with significant policy responsibilities. This requirement was procured via further competition CCS framework RM6229 Permanent Recruitment Lot 2 Non-Clinical General Recruitment.
