af285212-bb3c-44c0-a633-c8943ac88124-111106Shepway District Council is looking to engage a contractor to supply, deliver, install and commission an addressable Fire Detection and Fire Alarm system for the Civic Centre; which comprises a nine storey tower block, basement, extensions to the first and second floors with ground floor additions. The installation shall be compliant with BS 5839 Part 1: 2013 Category L1 and Part M of the Building Regulations. The winning contractor will also provide training on the use of the system following successful commissioning and provide annual maintenance visits on an annual fee for a minimum of three years and a maximum of five.
