The successful supplier will design and deliver two externally commissioned surveys - one covering employers and one covering workers in Great Britain - to provide programme-level and policy-specific monitoring evidence, support future evaluation activity (including Impact Assessments, cost-benefit analysis and Post Implementation Reviews), and establish a repeatable evidence base capable of being commissioned via Statements of Work in future years.
