fda5f80c-2969-4caf-93ca-0e96f1921523-760571The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to commission a site maintenance and development service(s) for five of its adventure playgrounds (The Dumps; Home Park; Honour Oak, Ladywell Fields and Richard McVicar). Full details on what will be required from the tenderer is set in the service specification. \r \r It is expected that the successful tenderer will be awarded the contract in May - June 2024, with the service going live on 1st September 2024. This agreement is for an initial period of 5 years, with the possibility of a further 2 years extensions, at the Council's discretion.\r \r This contract will be procured through a below threshold. Open Procedure under the light touch regime in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
